现代临床微生物学在感染控制中的作用

　　总之，笔者认为：临床微生物实验室在感染控制中发挥作用大小的关键：一是要走出实验室，加强与临床的联系；二是要立足本职，做好常规的临床微生物检验工作，努力提高标本的培养阳性率，缩短结果的报告时间，提高检验结果与临床治疗结果的符合率；三是要加强宣传、教育培训，在医务人员中普及临床微生物学知识，并对检验的结果作出合理的解释，协助临床正确阅读和分析微生物检验报告单，使微生物检验结果和资料能及时有效地被临床医师所利用。
